Sam McKnight’s inspiration stemmed from watching models throw their hair up in a messy bun after runway shows; He wanted an easy up-do that looked like they had done it themselves, adding a chic casual factor to the otherwise glammed up looks. “The shoes were flat, so the hair went high!” McKnight said.
