Let your eyes do all the talking with the latest neon colored liners in bright yellow, hot pink, white or royal blue. The simple act of changing up your make-up and adding a bright, electric colored eyeliner can give you a more daring and youthful look to go along with falls amped up colors. Take inspiration from a few of our favorites.

Start with an ultra-light foundation or tinted moisturizer and sheer to light medium coverage like BB cream and apply concealer where needed as a spot treatment for trouble areas. When using a big pop of color it’s best to keep your lips and blush neutral to avoid looking clownish. This simple rule will help you maintain a balance and avoid a caked on appearance. We recommend starting with a concealer like NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer, MAC Pro Longwear or Laura Mercier’s Secret Camouflage to help achieve natural looking skin.

To replicate the look seen at many of the top catwalks in New York, London and Paris including Schiaparelli, Celine, Christian Siriano, Elie Saab, Mathew Williamson and Nina Ricci start with a bright, pigmented color eyeliner or eye shadow and apply as you would black eyeliner from the the inner corner of your eyelid to the outer edge of the eye. Or consider wearing a base of black liquid liner with a pop of color just above the black to create a beautiful, high contrast look as seen at The Blondes Fall 2015 runway show.  At Christian Siriano, models sported an accent color in the inner corner of the eyes. In Paris at the Fall 2015 Couture shows, Elie Saab and Schiaparelli models wore brightly colored high voltage eye make-up. There are a million ways to wear this trend.

Try Urban Decay’s Electric Pressed Pigment Palette for a range of colors that are sure to electro-cute.
