The Ultimate Fall 2015 Beauty: Get a Jump on the Latest High Voltage Make-Up Trend

Let your eyes do all the talking with the latest neon colored liners in bright yellow, hot pink, white or royal blue. The simple act of changing up your make-up and adding a bright, electric colored eyeliner can give you a more daring and youthful look to go along with falls amped up colors. Start with an ultra-light foundation or tinted moisturizer and sheer to light medium coverage like BB cream and apply concealer where needed as a spot treatment for trouble areas.
