Rochambeau Presented one of New York Fashion Week’s Best Men’s collections

Laurence Chandler and Joshua Cooper of Rochambeau transported their audience back to the late 70s punk scene that emerged in New York City for their Fall 2017 show.  Chandler and Cooper collaborated with Mark Mothersbaugh, who has been described as a “musical avant-wizard,” and former front man for the punk band “Devo.”

“We wanted our guy to look like he just left a Black Flag concert,” said Laurence Chandler, and they definitely succeeded. The punk-inspired streetwear mixed color and texture, culminating in paint splattered floor length duster coats, brightly stripped knitwear and playful oversized pinstriped jackets.
