Ovadia and Sons’ Men’s Fall 2017 collection was a mash up of streetwear juxtaposed with military and soccer references to create the perfect blend of cool kid’s swagger. The first look on the runway set the stage for the show to come, camo pants and a yellow soccer jersey with Ovadia & Sons spelled out in Hebrew and a menorah where a soccer team’s logo would normally appear. The ecclectic collection was filled with military motifs and an array of killer outerwear pieces such as a white shearling biker jacket trimmed in black leather, a split-hood nylon parka in safety cone orange and varsity jackets with Hebrew lettering.  Among them, a sweatshirt printed with the complete tale of a humble king from Jewish mysticism.

The label also put forth its signature leopard print as a shirt, scarf, car coat and fur gilet, mixed with fun items such as an oversized t-shirt and the prerequisite hipster beanie. There were many standouts like a car coat in pale powder pink and a camel topcoat worn under a silk parka, oversize plaid shirts, and a strong offering of bombers and field jackets, many of which came in silk charmeuse.  A camouflage shearling lined parka paired with a zip-up red tracksuit was one of the best examples of military and sport.
