The Dark Sensual Glamour at Louis Vuitton Menswear
Jade Jagger translated Kim Jones’ vision of Paris past and present into heirloom jewelry and cobweb broaches. Models wore silk neckerchiefs with diamond broaches as chokers, along with charm necklaces and small charm earrings. The diamond earring was a delicate V inside of her shield design. The art deco necklace charms, and rings were worn three or four at a time, including a coin with the face of Louis Vuitton among other LV monogrammed medallions. The scarves, neckerchiefs, and few berets had printed trunk stamps as homage to Vuitton’s original luggage trunk design and Monsieur Vuitton’s start as a trunk maker and packer.
